Room and Rates

Our subtly elegant guest rooms:  The Fountain Suite, The Charleston Suite, and the Garden Room; along with an English garden, and a pergola offer a tranquil setting within walking distance of Old Town Rock Hills restaurants and activities.

Guest rooms are located on the second floor offering an excellent opportunity to refresh, relax and renew.  The rooms feature no shared walls ensuring a private and quiet night’s sleep. All rooms have recently been refreshed with new bedding and all bathrooms have new custom tiled showers. The Community Room is a gathering area on the second floor which features a sitting area, tv, games, and a small refrigerator for guest use.

*This Inn is not “Accessible.”  All guest suites / rooms are located on the second floor and are only reached via a stairwell.

The Fountain Suite

Rock Hill’s beautiful Fountain Park is this suite’s namesake featuring a queen bed, sitting area, fireplace, and en suite bath with custom tiled shower and jacuzzi tub. $139-$209 per night.

The Charleston Suite

Themed after this wonderful city so dear to Scott & Heidi’s heart, this suite features Charleston art, a queen rice bed, sitting area, fireplace, and en suite bath with custom tiled shower. $139 – $209 per night.

The Garden Room

This bright and airy room is named for the property’s English Garden which is visible through the large bank of windows and features a queen bed, sitting area, garden view and private bath with custom tiles shower just outside the room. $129 – $189 per night.

Carriage House Loft

A fully furnished, one-bedroom apartment (in separate building by garden) with full kitchen.  Available for long term rentals – Call for details!  Apartment is currently occupied with long term rental.

When you are friends for life, you need a place to catch up, unwind, and share your common memories.  We offer just the place to renew friendships.  Lounge in the Den play games in the Community Room, and giggle to your heart’s content over the fun experiences you have shared.  A large snack basket is perfect for those late-night talk fests.  Toast friendships with an included bottle of champagne, sparkling wine or cider.  $150

Special Event (Birthday, Anniversary, Etc.)

Celebrate your special day in the restful setting created at East Main Guest House. The guest rooms’ serene atmosphere is a great place to begin a relationship or renew a commitment. Begin with a small special event cake, perfect for two. Toast spending your lives together with sparkling wine-sipped from two keepsake champagne flutes. (Requires a 7-day notice).  $95.00 

Guys Getaway

When it’s time for a little “Bro Time” consider an East Main retreat.  We offer a great setting to relax, watch the game and enjoy the guys.  A per person selection of two excellent cigars, six pack of local craft beer and a large snack pack are included.  $75 per person. (Cigars must be consumed outside).
